It's been a difficult past couple of weeks as I prepare to deploy. One of the toughest things has been the attention. I appreciate it all - from friends and family. Thanks to everyone for caring. But I've been a little uncomfortable with the "media" attention. Yeah, I know: media guy uneasy with the media attention. I didn't say it makes a lot of sense. It's just how it is, I guess.
